Professional installation
Great film still needs a great install.
Correct storage, careful surface preparation, professional installation and proper aftercare all matter to the finished result.
The product warranty covers the film itself. Installation workmanship and the condition of the vehicle, paint, glass or lens remain the installer's responsibility.
Local claim support
If something is not right, start with us.
Send us your order number, product and batch details, and clear photos or video of the issue. Keep the affected film, unused material and packaging where possible.
We will review the issue with you and help coordinate the warranty claim with the supplier.
Australian Consumer Law
Your existing legal rights still apply.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
The product warranty is additional to any rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
